The left-back has been heavily linked with a move to Paris-Saint Germain.
The French newspaper Le Parisien reported on Friday that a meeting had taken place at Camp des Loges between the PSG manager Carlo Ancelotti, the Director of Football, Leonardo and the President Nasser Al-Khelafi, in which Evra was identified as the club's principal transfer target, ahead of Ashley Cole.
However, Evra has revealed that he is settled at United, and said: 'You'd have to kill Ferguson before I could come to Paris. There is nothing done and I'm happy in Manchester.'
Nonetheless, Evra, 31, will be aware that his United contract expires in the summer of 2014, and it has been the club's policy in recent years to only offer a one-year extension to the contract of any player over 30 years of age.
With the prospect of a bumper wage package and greater job security at PSG, Evra could be forgiven for being tempted by the possibility of joining the richest club in France, who have signed a plethora of world-class talent including Thiago Silva and Zlatan Ibrahimovic in recent seasons.
And Evra admitted to Le10 Sport that there is an attraction: 'Paris is the capital club and I've never hidden my love for Paris, even if Monaco remain my club. It always hurts my heart to see the club not win the championship or qualify for the Champions League. It is always a pleasure to be coveted, especially since I'm Parisian.'
Evra, who joined United in January 2006 from Monaco, has become an integral part of Ferguson's side in the last six years, even assuming the captaincy in the absence of the injured Nemanja Vidic for much of the last year.
He has won four Barclays Premier League titles and a Champions League since arriving at Old Trafford.
