Pablo Javier Zabaleta Girod (born 16 January 1985) is an Argentine footballer, who plays as a right-back for Manchester City and the Argentina national football team. Zabaleta can operate on both sides of the pitch either as a defender or defensive midfielder and is known for his tenacious style of play. Zabaleta contests the current right-back position with Micah Richards and Maicon.
